If you're confused by his blond hair and slightly different outfit, it's because this is what he looks like in the Electric Tale of Pikachu manga. >3<
Since that was the first version of him I saw, it's what I go with and prefer. ♥

(His Pikachu is also called Chuchino instead of Sparky. xD)
