Watched an episode of Pokemon this morning and Reggie was in it (it was the first part of the battle between Paul and Ash) and I felt like doing a doodle of him. : D

At first I was going to draw him with his Bibarel, but he's got Budews and Cherubis in his care, so... I'm biased, lol!

Huuu, I don't like his hand. >: I need to find better hand references. xD;
